Dixie Douya (“Boobs of Fire”), best known for her voluptuous curves and bawdy style, has been performing burlesque since 2006. The Director of Rogue Burlesque, Dixie has a background in tap, jazz, ballet, and belly dance. She can’t live without her glitter lipstick and array of wigs. In 2008, Dixie learned how to spin fire tassels from the legendary queen of fire herself, Satan’s Angel, the Devil’s Own Mistress. Dixie’s influences include Dolly Parton, Bette Midler, and Mae West. “Busty” Keaton is a bit busty, but you can just call her Keaton. Her impeccable comic timing and sparkling, cat’s-eye spectacles have dazzled audiences of all types. Her training includes hula hoop, tap dance, musical theater, improv comedy, and, of course, burlesque. However, after witnessing the bawdy performances of local burlesque troupes, the former all-star took her athletic prowess from the diamond to the stage, intent on kicking ass. Don’t let this demure dame fool you with her illusive innocence! Kitty Spanks flirts with her audiences like a demonic diva with lust in her eyes. Inspired by Bettie Page and Marilyn Monroe, this bombshell babe mixes the light and the dark side of sex appeal in her alluring dances. She’ll purr if you’re good, but if you’re bad, you’re in for a spanking! Kitty’s training includes ballet, baton twirling and drama classes. | As a small child, Polly Surely was kicked out of ballet class for telling dirty jokes. Now, after winning Rogue’s Lucky 13 Amateur Competition, this curiously sexy creature brings her love of playing dress-up and hatred for wearing pants to the burlesque stage. Dedicated to putting the femme back in feminist, Polly suspects she was meant for the era of Woodstock and Warhol. Born in the mid-eighties, Dewie Decimator was abandoned in a public library as an infant and raised by the ghosts of Melvil Dewey and Elizabeth Bathory. When she was 8, Dewie was found eating a book in the reference section, completely feral yet remarkably literate. The reference librarian, a retired circus geek, sold her to a traveling sideshow in Norway where Dewie was billed as “the missing link.” Nowadays Dewie mostly rocks out to metal, dresses up in weird costumes and chases geese on the Fenway. She still eats books. |
| Allix Mortis is the secret love child of Wendy O’ Williams and Alice Cooper. She was raised by ex-priests turned drag queens in a mortuary on Long Island. After attending, and getting kicked out of, a seminary in Eastern Europe she made her way to Boston where she quietly insinuated herself into the ranks of Rogue Burlesque. Allix has training in various types of dance and voice, and really enjoys communicating via messages on her booty shorts. |

Brandy Wine hit Boston burlesque with the 2010 production of The Slutcracker — and she hasn’t stopped shakin’ it since. A dancer, model, and choreographer, Brandy teases audiences with a patented blend of sexy and silly. Known by some as “Shakeweight,” she loves to fire her guns at unsuspecting victims. Brandy has a degree in musical theater, and her dance training includes ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, salsa, and tango. Her muse: Fanny Brice.

| Malice in Wonderland never knew that nearly a decade and a half of Ballet training would lead to a life of Burlesque! Enjoying every glitter-covered moment, Malice is delighted to join Rogue. While you may recognize her from The Slutcracker, she is eager to bring her badass, art-chick, jazz-loving brand of performance to new audiences and venues. When not onstage she enjoys her two adorable cats, photography, and painting. Some of her favorite things include red wine, dark chocolate, and any kind of music that makes her wanna dance — clothed or not. |

| Lilly Bordeaux‘s incredible flexibility is just one weapon in her arsenal. Trained in classical voice, partner acrobatics, fire performance, contortion, and aerials, as well as gymnastics, jazz, tap, and ballroom dance, Lilly will devastate you with her skill and beauty. Isobel Valo took her first steps dancing to her mom’s album collection and hasn’t stopped since! With experience in traditional Indian and belly- dance, some run-in’s with modern and jazz and a life-long love for costumes, Isobel found work as a go-go dancer for goth and fetish nights at a tender young age. While a goth at heart, Isobel never got over her initial crush on punk. In 2008 she traded in the dancer block for the burlesque stage and has been loving every minute of it. Finally, she’s found a place she can combine black lipstick and pyramid studs and continue to amaze audiences by getting down in four inch platform boots. |

Classically trained in Opera and Jazz, with 15 years of stage experience, he never shies away from any performance. Currently reentering the Boston theater scene, expect to see more of his unique stage presence in the coming year. |
Ben Reynolds
Ben Reynolds asks, “Did you just smile a little bit for NO reason? Then I’ve done my job.” See, it’s not just about being a musician (*cough* www.insidetheavalanche.com *hack*), it’s about fulfilling the roles a musician plays. Spinning fire in a field, acro-balance in a goth club, or playing in an orchestra at Symphony Hall, what’s the difference?
